The law firm of LUBELL & ROSEN was founded by Steven Lubell and Mark Rosen in 1994.  Both Mr. Lubell and Mr. Rosen are  AV Rated attorneys - the highest rating awarded by the Martndale Hubbell national directory of attorneys.

The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, healthcare litigation, and asset protection.  Mr. Lubell and Mr. Rosen have over 28 years combined litigation experience.  Mark Rosen is board certified by the Florida Bar in the field of "Health Law".

The majority of Lubell & Rosen's physician clients do not carry malpractice insurance, commonly referred to as "Going Bare".  These clients are permitted to pre-pay a flat fee for all legal services. The rate includes all attorney fees and costs, including expert witness fees.  The flat fee program was initiated in 2004.  Since that time, over 500 Bare doctors have hired the firm to provide legal defense.
